Genuinely one of the most useless classes I've ever taken, it's glorified if-then statements and proofs and logic puzzles that you do for hours. You learn absolutely nothing, and the assignments made me feel like I was just sitting around wasting hours just clicking buttons and doing incredibly stupid tasks. You never need to remember things, you don't actually learn anything new, you do the same things over and over and over again. There is no substance to this class. If you like gouging your eyes out and wondering why you ever decided to pursue a CS, CE, or EE degree in the first place, then this is the perfect class for you. Logic Puzzles, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. Have you ever thought, "Hmmm, the concept of "if x then y" is way too difficult for me. I would love to spend 400$ for a class and 75$ on a digital textbook and solve those problems 20 times per assignment, 5 assignments every other day for a whole semester." Then this class is just for you! You'll learn so much like "If x then Y!" and other things like, "If X then Y" orrr even if we like to spice things up, "If not X then Y" WhHAAAATTT???

He definitely put his name on the Introduction for the course. It's probably better to take the class in person and not online. Rate my Professor comments keep saying he's a good dude, loves what he does, and is competent. It seems the online class is just something that was made last second as a means to have a discrete structures course for student requirements for SLCC. I'm just really salty about the course content.

Don't watch videos and get distracted while doing the assignments. Just sit down and get through it, it will take an hour tops if you just focus and get the assignments done. Yes, you will learn absolutely nothing and you will not care at all for the class. You will probably get as annoyed as me because you'll be incredibly bored learning nothing and doing nothing. You will sit and scream at your screen because you got one question wrong and have to redo the problem set again. But I promise you, just do the work in one swoop and don't get distracted. The faster you get it over with the less time you waste on this god forsaken class. But my god, the course content is the most waste of time concepts ever.
