Average weekly workload was an hour max, three hours for weeks with assessments. Most graded work was done at home and the lectures were mostly group discussions.

Read excerpts from various authors and answered questions in the textbook weekly. There were three "essays" (short and easy) that were graded heavier with a few practice paragraphs that weren't for marks to prepare.

The professor made the course extremely easy. Taking this course with them is super helpful for any and all future courses with him as they use a very similar format for his other courses.

As someone who does not find studying literature very interesting, I found the course difficult and boring. If you like literature, this can be a great introduction.

Make sure to read all course material carefully and ask questions if things are not clear, the prof is there to help you and this course can become overwhelming.
