One of the hardest classes in the major. Need serious effort the entire semester, or risk failing badly. Also need to pass pre-req assignment to not get dropped.

Very useful concepts of lower level functionality of computers and OS. Things like paging, caches, semaphores. Also a helpful class for interviews.

Great professor who cares deeply for his students. Very hard work though. Sometimes it almost seems impossible. But if you start immediately and ask questions you will be okay.

You will need to work hard the whole semester. Grind it out and start everything immediately.
