Molarity, orbital theory, nuclear decay, resonance, thermodynamics, science of climate change. You won't use everything from this course depending on what sort of career path you go on, but most of it is useful somewhere or at least somewhat interesting.

Great professor; tells a lot of stories or little tangents.
