Great class, workload took on average 2 days to complete each week with interesting content material. Weekly assignments/discussions/timed quizzes. One essay project & one final worth a lot of points but not terribly difficult.

Ethics within an organization, mostly how to motivate people and how to ensure everyone (and you) acts ethically.

Professor was great, super clear about what is expected and seems like a nice and understanding person. Online lectures are normally hard to listen to for me but these were short and to the point, very effective for learning the material. Can be a nitpicky grader, but not really if it is clear you put effort in.

The workload is really only as difficult as you want it to be, assignments/discussions each week could be a few hundred words or a few pages depending on how much time you have/want to invest. Don't feel overwhelmed, it may sound like a lot but the content is straightforward and is heavily tied with plain common sense.
