Pretty easy. Attendance for points. 5 exams but review is exactly like the test and there’s bonus points. Five assignments total.
Course Content
Nutrition and how the body uses food. Different disease states that affect nutrition.

Really nice. Is pretty easy to talk to and always takes the entire class time.
Advice
Study the objectives for the test. Easy class if you take human nutrition 1 first.
