The course was overall quite engaging. It explored various historical movements and the intellectual figures associated with them, while connecting these ideas to architecture. Rather than focusing solely on buildings, the course explored how broader historical and cultural shifts were reflected in architectural design.
I found the professor passionate about the course topics.
Attendance is important for this course. There were quiz-type exams, initially I found it difficult, but if you follow the lecture you should be fine. The final paper was relatively easy where I could choose the topic I am interested in.

This class is very boring and the professor doesn't make it any better. I take the class at 8:30 and I always find myself falling asleep. I regret taking this course.
It's the history of architecture....do you think this would be useful to know?
This professor needs to figure something out because, on the first day of the class, I knew he was going to be very boring. His syllabus is just blocks of texts and he read it word for word. So very monotone and so very boring.
If you don't need this class, then do yourself a favor and don't take this one.
