Easiest class ever. Also pretty helpful since we learned about stuff that was useful for other science classes such as bio 1a03 and psych 1x03. Lots of group work in tutorials though so if you hate group work it might suck for you.

Super easy course that aims to prepare you for upper level science courses.

None of the information taught in-lecture was tested, and for that reason most people skipped attending lectures. Each week Dr. Zamani would bring in a guest speaker from another department and they'd talk about their faculty and their career path. Not very useful though, as most content was extremely surface level. Your grade is entirely based on in-tutorial assignments that are graded very fairly. There are a few small presentations, but no midterm or exam. Rarely ever work is done outside of class.

Dr. Zamani was great.

This is the easiest course you will ever take. My TA actually said it'd be abnormal for someone NOT to get a 12.
