Enjoyable course, better if you like Shakespeare/already feel comfortable with old English.

Honestly, if you do not plan to focus on Shakespeare or old literature, even if you are English it is not worth it. I took it because I somewhat like Shakespeare and it fit into my schedule.

The professor is hilarious and the lectures are enjoyable.

Although lectures seem skipable, do not. I fell into the habit of not going to lectures but then the exam short answer questions are based on the professor's opinions of the plays. YOU MUST ATTEND THE LAST LECTURE. prof will give a bonus to those in the lecture.

Do the readings and you will be fine. Prof is amazing
