Comments on the course

Covers a lot of content at a surface level (but a lot of details to memorize).

Course Content

Earth systems, plate tectonics, minerals, igneous rocks + processes, volcanoes, sedimentary rocks, geologic timeline, metamorphic rocks, orogenesis + other geological structures, earthquakes, energy + mineral resources, mass movements, hydrology, deserts, ice ages, climate change, some engineering applications thrown in there.

Comments on the professor

Knowledgeable and tries her best to make this course interesting for us.

Advice

Instead of taking notes, just try and internalize the info. It becomes inefficient when there's 100+ slides per week, and it's mostly memorization and not application.
