This course would honestly be fine if it weren't for the fact that the exam/assignment software (Cengage) is absolutely horrendous to use. Often, times it will mark a small miss-click as a complete failure of a question. It also doesn't help that the assignment instructions and exam question instructions are often extremely vague. There are also usually multiple ways to accomplish the assigned task but, Cengage will mark you as being wrong if you didn't do the exact method it expected you to do. Often times I've submitted an assignment and completed 100% of the listed steps and made sure the document matched up with the given example document but still received points off for steps that simply were flat out not mentioned in the assignment instructions.

Don't aim for a high grade in this class just make sure you pass it's not even remotely worth it to try in this class. Save yourself the headache and frustration and just do what you can to get a C-B.
