The class was okay for me. I didn't completely enjoy it but I didn't hate it. It was thought provoking and gave me some things to think about.
I think the course is just as useful as a normal or general ethics class. The class covered the same topics as a general ethics class with the expectation of the examples or ethical situations being about Criminal Justice or law enforcement.
He is straightforward although when grading, he does take a moment to do so. If you ask him an unimportant question via an assignment's comments, do expect him to take a while to respond. Proper and correct citations are important when it comes to your grades. He does give feedback and warnings before taking points off of assignments for improper citations.
