We use Pearson during class for homework and practice. I'm not a Math person, but it was fairly easy for me. All I did was focus on the homework and figure out how to actually solve it and understand it, just then, I would allow myself to move on to the next part. Do not wait until the last minute to study for the exam. If you practice every week and complete the hw on your own, there's a high chance you don't even need to study for the exam.

If you didn’t retain any pre calc from HS you’re on your own with teaching yourself math all over again..no help from the professor who’s a grad student and we met once a week for 40 minutes and the rest was up to me. As a freshman in college after being virtual for my last two years of high school it hit me hard. I’ll be retaking the course this spring, hopefully I’ll have better luck.

The professor was really hard to understand and was not good at explaining.

Come to class on time. They told us we need to stay for the length of time on the computer to complete the participation grade so everyone assumed that if they came a few minutes late, they can stay late to get the grade. But a lot of people lost points this way. There was a lot of miscommunication and no one really spoke English.
