The class was a very easy online class. The workload was light, but if you were to miss class you will miss out on a lot. Office hours are always available and questions are always encouraged! We did 1 writing project, 1 video project, and a couple quizzes which were all very easy and do-able within an hour or so depending on how fast/hard you work.

This class was useful despite being taught all this math in k-8. Howie ensures you have a deep understanding of WHY problems work rather than just doing them. We learned multiplication, division, units, fractions/decimals, and much more. Howie also ensures you understand math is a visual subject.

Nothing but pros when discussing Howie Hua! He extends himself to everyone in class, whether it be office hours or funny memes at the end of the class. He also ensures you do nothing but your best, including allowing revisions on tests.
