The quizzes and exams are somewhat hard but you'll do fine if you were paying attention at the lecture and read the textbook. You do a final project on a company and talking about management so remember the terminology.

The soft skills and learning about organizing people beyond telling them what to do is fairly useful if you plan to be more involved in management.

The professor is decent.

It's a boring class. Be familiar with the terms used.
