This class is very hard, but provides useful experience for those entering into project management and a talking point in interviews. While I didn't enjoy it, I wished I had taken this class before my coop so that I could put this project on my resume, but taking it during my last term has its benefits too.

The main course content is a major outsourcing project. He works with a company, most likely located in India, and asks them to send a project to his students. You'll work on that project for the entire term and create a presentation and essays to talk about your experience.

He was an alright professor. He lectures for a bit and then we do an activity. If you can, don't be a part of his coordination team. They had to write a long essay (80 pages from what I heard) and they had a lot of complaints about him.

Know agile well. Know how to use a product backlog and what user stories are. This is a class where you need to be on top of things and requires a lot of time, so try to take the minimum number of classes possible when taking this course. Preferably electives.
