This course was pretty easy although exams could be a little tougher. Most of the class was going over HW problems or talking about the book.

Mostly just an introduction to corporate finance. The course is a little more Excel and math-intensive, but it is mostly just simple math

Bell was a guy who would call on someone, and then keep asking them questions if they could not get it right. I was fine with it, but if you prefer to just sit in class and not participate, he would drive you nuts. Not the greatest teacher, but does have a lot of cool experiences to talk about.

Miller is probably your best option for this class
