This is an art history course so for some students it's really boring; I actually came out of this class wanting to take another class on it but that's just me. Overall, budget your time and do things early!! You'll have an easier time in this class if you review the slides before class (which Leah did provide) and review your notes after. Participate every now and again since that does impact your grade but very light class.

The class goes over art from prehistory (c. 24,000 BC) up until today (we only got to the 19th century but it can go to the 1940s if there's ample time.) There's usually only about 3 works per time period to know.

Leah is really nice, she also really loves the subject so the class can get a little sidetracked at times. Gave rewrites for almost every assignment. She made it abundantly clear what was on the final and even gave practice exams. Best of all, what she said was gonna be on the final was true. Follow her advice, she doesn't want you to fail.

Study the slides before AND after class. I wouldn't have to cram for finals if I did that.
