Comments on the course

Overall this course is very manageable and feels more like a first year course in terms of difficulty. The math used in this class is not very intense but finding the equations to use can be a bit of a scavenger hunt through the lack luster textbook, the bare bones course notes, and the internet.

Course Content

This course covers some concepts of orbital mechanics and qualitative stuff about objects in space.

Comments on the professor

The prof is very friendly and approachable and I do recommend reaching out to him with any issues that might arise and he is very accommodating. Also going to class is key, he does not record the lectures and his notes are sparse. The lecture is very engaging with a lot of student interaction.

Advice

Go to class and don't write this class off as a bird just because the final and midterms are open book.
