Comments on the course

I found the structure and content of the course very interesting. I'd definitely recommend the course as an elective for those who don't mind writing essays. The main components of the class were the midterm, final paper, and final exam.

Course Content

The content focuses on the four fields (archaeology, language, culture, and biology) which I found both interesting and applicable to other classes. Many of the tutorials involved discussing the significance of various historical items or practices throughout human history.

Comments on the professor

The professor was okay, the class textbook is a bit annoying though because students are forced to pay $140 for a textbook which is vital to the course since the prof wrote it himself. Not my favourite prof but the material was interesting enough to make the class worthwhile.
