The most difficult and time consuming elective (I don't have a CS emphasis) I have taken BYU. I wouldn't recommend this class unless you really need a CS class for the summer (where I was at the time).

The testing stuff was useful. The verification and analysis stuff (especially the dafny stuff) was confusing. Don't know if it's useful in the field. I haven't had enough working experience to determine that.

Professor was amazing. Don't know how the course is with other professors. Sometimes he would mention which things were really important for our careers.

Don't take it during a term if you do take it. Take it during a semester. It will make all the difference.
