Great class. He has his course packet that you will need. You can get away with not reading, but not sure how he grades participation for those who were quiet. Readings are all relevant and interesting, so it isn’t like a lot of class readings

Went through major modern policy areas, though not in much depth.

Dr. Burnam is older and a little prickly. He will call you out on statements that aren’t fully thought out. I really enjoy him though. He is incredibly knowledgeable and worked on the hill forever
