An amazing and very useful course. Once you take this course it gives you a much better understanding of the formulation behind common equations used earlier in your education.

Incredibly useful no matter your field of physics. Takes a long time to wrap your head around, but it's worth it.

The professor is incredibly knowledgeable and good at explaining math simply. He may come across a tad cold at the beginning, but he is a lovely person and eager to help anyone who wants to learn.

Attend Office Hours!! Arguably where I learned the most from the class. Take a crack at the assignments and head to Pavel with anything you don't understand. He is more than willing to help if you have questions and have tried the material before going in. He has an open-door policy so you can go see him pretty much whenever you have questions and get an answer right away.
