The content itself isn't that difficult but if you are new to stats it's extremely difficult to follow with this prof

The exams were crazy. He words things really weird and everyone fails.

The professor is not great at explaining things. He spends so long on each slide but none of the information presented makes any sense. He does examples but they are not easy to follow

Try to take a different professor unless you want to spend the whole time trying to learn from the textbook
