People told me lots of ochem horror story and I was scared but it turns out Ochem is my most favorite class.

Dr. Thompson explains mechanisms really well, and I understood chemical reactions without any memorizations (except nomenclatures, etc). I recommend her 10/10!

Go over textbook before classes, and work on practice problems at the end of the book. No need to memorize and focus on minute details. Focus on the big picture instead and understand the mechanism to the point where you can explain them to someone
