Comments on the course

This class is HARD. There are a lot of assigned readings that can be pretty dry sometimes. However, the professor is awesome and is there to help you if you need it. There are weekly online quizzes that are multiple choice, only 5 questions. The quizzes are there to bring your grade up, you'll get multiple attempts.

Course Content

The course content would be very engaging to you if you've already had a philosophy course and have a science major. It's essentially a course that asks "what do we think we know, can we know it, and what is our mechanism for knowing it?" If that sounds confusing or scary to you, this class isn't for you.

Comments on the professor

He understands that this is difficult content and will grade the papers somewhat easy.

Advice

Do the readings. You don't need an access code for this class, so buy the textbook used. Always come to class or you will fall behind. Make a friend to share notes and study with in case you do need to miss class.
