Way too much work and complication for an 1000 level COMM class. Avoid or for majors take a different professor.

Basic group communication, pretty self explanatory. Technically useful but pretty much knew all the main takeaways prior to the class.

She made the class so annoying and difficult. She yells during lectures and if you have anxiety good luck. Such a complicated grading system for no reason, they say it’s to provide flexibility but all it does is give you a headache. Completely inflexible attendance policy, punished for any time missed (even part of class) Insane amount of work for the level of the class. Easily 4x as much works as my other 1000 level required COMM classes.
